it's the boys' thing

For the longest time, Ramil has been pestering me about buying a PS2 'for Mateo'. Since Mateo could barely hold a biscuit properly, I could hardly believe that he's after Mateo's enjoyment. LOL. He'd tell me though that when Mateo gets a bit bigger, it will be one of their father-son bonding times, among other things. It amuses me that as early as now, he's planning to do so much with our son, which only means spending a lot of time with him. Sometimes it makes me feel excluded but I know that there will always be things that they will both enjoy and I will not. I guess I just have to wait for a daughter to have my own thing too :)

birthday month

October will be here in a few days and it's almost my birthday already! For several years already, I don't really look forward to my birthday anymore. Sure, I feel special and all on the day itself but there's not much anticipation for it. Unlike Christmas, which I think will be a most anticipated day for me always, money or no money. So for this year, nothing special again but it's my first birthday with Mateo. Somehow, it just really makes me feel older than before. I'll be turning 26, yikes! I will be officially in the lower 20's bracket already.

warmth in the cold

I love cold weather. It makes snuggling and cuddling in bed so much nicer. What's not so nice about it though is needing to keep warm outside. I've always loved big, comfy sweaters that's perfect for any cold weather. If you want a sweater made of the kind of fiber that's warmer than wool and soft as cashmere? Alpaca is the answer. I am thinking of getting one for myself from Alpaca Direct to keep me warm and comfortable during all those cold weather. Not to mention looking stylish through it all.

wearing my dress again

Have you heard of trash the dress? It's is a growing trend in wedding photography. It's actually a post-wedding photography of the bride wearing her gown and doing non-traditional poses. The key is not really to trash the dress but wear and use it in ways one wouldn't do on her wedding day. I just might have one. Heehee. For free. Wait for updates and pics.

the rough type

A former officemate has this trend to go for the rough, bad boy type of guys. Her version of hotness is Vin Diesel. The boy-next-door-type simply doesn't appeal to her. She likes them rough and rugged. I'm pretty sure she would have appreciate it if I told her about biker personals on the web. As far as I know, she wouldn't object to biker dating. She just might be able to find her match in a biker with a heart. She'd often say that she just likes the rough look but would always go for the sensitive type. Well, if they're willing to try online dating too, a lot of them must not just be the sensitive type, they could very well be a romantic one.

no more carbs

I am trying hard to cut down on my carb-intake. I desperately want to lose the rest of my pre-pregnancy pounds and flabs. Right now, since I don't really get to exercise, I've decided to just go on my own version of the South Beach diet. Wish me luck.

in need of a writer

Are you in need of a writer? A lot of times before, I've found myself wishing that I have someone to write term papers for me. Don't get me wrong, I like to write but the pressure of having to submit several essays can make one go blank. Well, at least that's how it was for me. I should have known about MasterPapers.com, a leader in custom writing industry. They offer not just any essay but quality, unique academic papers. According to them, they deliver fast so beating a deadline need not be stressful. If only I knew about them when I was in college...

a garden wedding

We'll be coordinating a garden wedding this Saturday! I am so excited! The wedding will take place in a mango farm and I'm sure everything will be perfect, for as long as it doesn't rain. I hope everything turns out okay and we succeed in giving the couple a hassle-free wedding. Makes me miss our own wedding more than a year ago.

body art

My father has several tattoos on his body. Ever since I was small, I have been fascinated by the lady on his arm, the scorpion on his back and the anchor chest. I know a lot of people who are into tattoos and most of them really love the art of it. That's why they naturally get attracted to other people with tattoos too. I guess that's what tattoo dating is for. A site has a lot of tattoo personals for those who are specifically looking for other people who have tattoos. They love talking about body art and comparing their own. So I guess dating someone who has a tattoo is their best bet for love.

mateo updates

It's been more than 8 months since I gave birth to Mateo! Our little angel is growing up really fast and seems very eager to try different things. We are a bit worried (just a bit!) that we might have a hyperactive child on our hands. LOL. He is always revved up and on the go. The only time when he seems more subdued is when he has just woken up. He is way too curious for his own good and we've been having trouble keeping him uninterested from things he shouldn't be minding. He's almost standing up on his own now. Yipee! He loves trying out his new skill on our bed which is okay with us since he wouldn't get hurt after losing his balance. I think he's trying to beat the one year mark for walking. That's all for now, I'll leave you with some recent pictures of him...

too old to date?nah!

I am a fan of senior dating. My grandmother, before she had a stroke, used to go out with a man she knew back from her younger years. I remember thinking how cute and adorable they are when they are together. There are a lot of senior singles out there and I think there's nothing wrong if they'd still like to go out and meet other senior singles like them. Companionship is an important thing and I guess when you reach that age, you'd still want to meet new people. As for my grandmother, she still keeps in touch with her man but ever since she had a stroke, she couldn't really get out much. Thus, no more dates for them. They still keep in touch, though and I'm sure my grandmother still enjoys having a man write to her every now and then.

online business need

Ramil and I have been thinking of starting our own business for the longest time. Considering that we have very limited start-up money, we're now mulling over starting an online business instead. We're starting to plan the things we will need to make this happen. One of the things we think we might need is an ecommerce software. An online business would benefit greatly from a hosted shopping cart software. Whatever online business we end up doing, our site would definitely be better if it has an online shopping cart so that it would be easy for people to transact with us online. Also, security is an issue whenever there are online transactions. People would feel better transacting with us if we have a secured network. We're still undecided over which business venture to pursue but an online shopping site sounds promising. I can't wait for our plans to push through and I hope it gets off quickly! Hopefully, our planned business becomes successful.

a much-needed vacation

We've been so busy with work these past few weeks. Ramil and I were literally zombies on workdays which are Mondays to Fridays. We're planning to have a much-needed vacation before the year ends. We have several options but right now, we're trying to look into some Sydney Accommodation options for us. We just might be able to visit my aunt who lives in Sydney.

If ever we'd have the chance to follow through with our planned Sydney vacation, we plan to visit Perth and Adelaide. So Perth Hotels and Adelaide Hotels should also go into my list of things-to-plan. I can't wait to see Sydney! Ever since I was small, I have been fascinated with the Sydney Opera House. I can't wait to finally be able to see it.

Get Rid of the Distractions

Your cubicle might be where you have to do all of your work, but if you're anything like me then you know that's it's not always the best place for focusing on what you're working on. Whether it's the guy in the next cubicle with a cold, the girl across from you that thinks the person on the phone is hilarious, or your boss behind you yelling at somebody else, there are tons of distractions at work. Fortunately you can avoid all those distractions with some noise reduction headphones from Quiet Headphones and your favorite music. With the earphones that you'll get from Quiet Headphones you'll be able to increase your productivity and enjoy your favorite tunes at the same time. Before you know it, you're boss will be talking to you, but he won't be yelling. See if I'm not right.

spanking bedroom

The bedroom has always been my small family's bonding room. This is where Ramil and I have our usual quiet talks. When Mateo came along, this is where we'd play and bond with him. Upon entering it, I'd usually feel warm and comfy inside.

Even before we got married, I told Ramil that I want the bedroom to be really comfortable and even though other people wouldn't really see it as much, I wanted it to look good. We weren't that particular with the kind of bedroom furniture, we'd often choose one because of how it feels to us. Though we've noticed that a lot of Contemporary Bedroom Furniture appeals to us. Our room right now is pretty much okay because Mateo is still a baby anyway but in a few months' time, we'd surely need to look for some kid bedroom furniture. We weren't sure yet if Mateo will be ready to have his own room but we'd like to have one ready for him anyway. So I've been browsing through some child bedroom furniture and found this:

Looking at it makes me feel a bit sentimental, thinking that soon Mateo will be big enough for something like that. I just know that it's going to be perfect for him.

Delicious and Nutritious

I can't think of a better way to reward my dog than with a treat that he'll love and is healthy. Bully sticks are a great way to give your dog all natural dog treats that they'll enjoy for hours, but that they can digest normally, unlike rawhide. It's great that these quality chews for dogs are both healthy and enjoyable for your dog. Thanks to Best Bully Sticks and their dog chews and treats my dog, and yours, can have a treat that's good for them and that they'll enjoy.

laptop search

Ramil has been checking out the dell website more often these days. He loves trying out different specifications for a laptop and seeing how much it will cost. Ever since we've decided that we really need another computer at home, we've been on a search for the best value-for-money computer for us. I told him that I want a laptop so that it's portable so he's doing the searching for us. So far, he thinks that the Dell laptops are affordable compared to others considering the quality of their computers. So as of now, he's going to be a regular in their site... trying to find the perfect specs for our laptop and our budget.

controlling while breastfeeding

Before Ramil and I got married, my ob-gyne put me on birth control pills to control my polycystic left ovary. So after we got married, I stopped taking them and voila, I got pregnant after 5 months. So while I was pregnant, I told Ramil I plan to go back to it after giving birth, we could use that as our birth control. After more than 8 months after I gave birth, I'm still not back on it. It seems that breastfeeding and the regular pill can't go together. According to what I've read, breastfeeding mothers can only use a progesterone-only pill. I have yet to ask my doctor about it. So we're doing things naturally since then. Hehe! We're being careful since we don't want to rush and have another baby. There's still so much to savor and appreciate with Mateo :)

our handyman

My dad has always been the classic handyman father. I've always appreciated having a dad who really fixes things around the house. Also, I can always rely on him to help me out with the usual school projects. Hehe! That's why whenever it's his birthday or it's christmas, one of my gift ideas for him is a tool chest or things for his tool chest. I can always be sure that things like these would be appreciated by him. Not to mention that they will be really used around the house. Which reminds me... his birthday will be coming up. I guess I better pick out that gift.

weekend again

My favorite time of the week is here again! Yey! Although our weekend is also pretty tight for his week. Since we have a rehearsal for a wedding we're coordinating and report card day on Saturday, we only have Sunday as our free day. Not that we won't be doing work at home on sunday, like check test papers, record test papers, make test papers, plan for next week's lessons... So I guess it's not such a free day after all. Oh well, at least we all get to stay home and relax a little :)

tech upgrade

We've been noticing a big decrease in speed with our most-loved three-year-old laptop. We sold Ramil's old desktop to my brother so there goes our extra computer. My tita also plans on buying a new one. She's also tired of the slow connection with the old bureau pc so she's asking us for help. Ramil suggested a Dell computer and she's been checking out different desktops and connections. Hopefully, we can get to buy one also when she orders. It would definitely save us a lot of time working in front of the computer. I am ready for a tech upgrade. I can't wait!

overtime

I can't believe I'm still awake at this time! It's overtime to the extreme once again. Oh well, we can't really let go of some extra work right now. We feel lucky to be able to earn while staying home. There are just some days when we'd wonder if we really need the money. Hehe! These overtimes can mean a dollar closer to a new digital camera, something I've been planning to buy for the longest time. I guess I better go back to work now :)

work requirement

Ramil and I have been getting several work-from-home gigs lately. We've been so stressed from trying to catch up with deadlines and such but we like the fact that we can earn money while lounging around at home. Our laptop has never been as overworked either and to make work easier and faster, we are thinking of getting another one. We're still undecided though whether to get another notebook or a Personal Computer. Ramil likes Desktops because he can get higher specs for a cheaper price but I prefer notebooks because of their size. He has been a frequent visitor of several computer sites lately, like Dell, to check out prices and play around with their specs. He has found Dell to have particularly more competitive prices compared to the other brands even for their notebooks. He plans to review their shipping rules since he wants to buy from them already. This would surely make working at home so much easier.

selling houses

A friend has recently decided to try her hands at real estate. She has been talking to Ramil and me about the possibilities of us buying a house. When we got the chance to talk to her about her new occupation, she expressed mixed feelings about it. According to her, there are really good days when she'd be able to close more than one deal. But there are also times when she doesn't have any lead whatsoever. She said that there are a lot of strategies that her company uses to gain new clients. They have mortgage lists and other databases they refer to. We wished her luck in her new job and told her to put us on the list for the mean time. At least we know who to talk to once we're ready to buy our own house.

home entertainment system

One of the things that Ramil and I would like for our dream house is an entertainment room. We'd like to set-up a complete home entertainment system. We plan on getting the best sound system for that ultimate theater experience. We're also looking at flat panel televisions and comfortable leather reclining seats. Ramil is also 'requiring' a PS3 for him and Mateo. As of now, we're starting to build our movie collection by buying DVD's whenever we have extra money for it. Of course, these are just plans but who knows, dreams do come true.

house boost

Ramil and I are seriously considering taking out a housing loan these past few weeks. We figured we might as well pay monthly amortization than monthly rent. With the former, we know we'll have ownership of the house in several years even if the amount is bigger than if we were just paying rent.

So because of this, we got around to talking about the kind of house we'd like to build and the furnitures we'd like to have. I've been looking through some sites that features Living Room Furniture and Bedroom Furniture. I especially like this:

We're also planning to set-up a room that would serve as our working area since teachers bring home a lot of work (hehe) and because we do a lot of work from home stuff. While looking at some Home Office Furniture, we couldn't decide whether we want traditional desks or not. We're putting off the decision until it's buying time. I'm getting really excited with our plans. I hope everything works out.

living room care

One of the things that Ramil and I love looking at are chairs and living room sets. Sometimes we'd enter a store and spend minutes to hours checking them out by sitting on them and trying to get a feel for them. Although, it's not as fun as going to furniture stores, we'd also sometimes check out sites the sell them. What's good with online window-shopping is we get to look at more options. We'd get to see a bunch of items we wouldn't have seen in a lot of stores. Recently, I saw a brown leather club chair in one of these sites. The site has a lot of Leather Club Chairs , Brown Leather Chairs, Recliner Leather Chairs , and a lot of different kinds of chairs. Hopefully, we'd get to do more shopping and less looking next time.

touring

I just love traveling. It's such a shame that I don't really get to do it much. Hehe! As of now, I have a must-visit-places list as long as Santa's. Even though concrete plans to start crossing off items in my list doesn't really start until in a few years' time, I've been excitedly checking out travel options like bookings and the likes.

Among those in my list are Rome, London, and Barcelona. Obviously, Europe is high on my list. Hopefully, I get to visit all the places on my list. Who knows, in a few years' time Ramil and I would be able to travel more extensively and maybe bring Mateo along too!

bad, bad

It's getting more common nowadays, bad credit loans that is. More and more people are getting sucked into the vicious cycles of bad credit. At first, one might think that those that offer bad credit loans will only put the consumer into more bad credit. The truth is, it only takes a more careful study to be able to choose the right bad credit offer for you. The right bad credit offer could still help you rebuild your credit. Badcreditoffers.com gives you the flexibility of comparing dozens of bad credit offers from major providers and be able to find the best offer for you.

an overnight date

Ever since Ramil and I had Mateo, we haven't had an overnight date. We used to love staying for overnights at different hotels before Mateo came along. Spending a night at a nice, cozy place can be a welcome change especially if I haven't cleaned the house for quite some time, LOL. Lately, I've been thinking of planning another one. Mateo is getting bigger and we plan to try to leave him for the first time for an overnight date. I've been looking at the Mendocino Bed and Breakfast and is slowly falling in love with it. The place looks really cozy and romantic. Only problem is, I'm starting to think it might also be fun to bring Mateo along. I have to convince myself not to bring him otherwise, I better forget about a romantic overnight date for two.

an amazing exotic fruit

Throughout the years, people have used different plants, herbs, and fruits as a cure for common ailments. Aside from using these for medicinal purposes, these are also sometimes used as ingredients in beauty products. One of these fruits that have a history of medicinal use is the Gac fruit.

Gac is a bright-red fruit that grows as large as a cantaloupe and abundantly on vines all over sub-tropical Asia. More specifically, this fruit can be found abundantly in Vietnam. This fruit is used commonly in many Asian households and its red oily pulp is often cooked with rice. Because of its bright red color, which represents good luck and joy, it is often served during special occasions like weddings. This fruit contains beta-carotene, lycopene, and other potent antioxidants, which help support strong cellular rejuvenation throughout the body.

R.G. Skin Revitalizer is a dietary supplement that supports skin health. It contains pure fruit oil extracted from Gac. It provides daily skin nourishment exceptionally rich in antioxidants to support your body against damaging free radicals and to help provide nutrient support for strong cellular rejuvenation. This supplement works from the inside out and complements topical skin care regimen. So you want to boost your immune system or assist the skin's cellular rejuvenation process? Gac is the all-natural answer.

improving your home

It feels so relaxing to live in a well-maintained house. Ramil and I couldn't believe at first that we would reach a point when we would spend for improving our house instead of buying for ourselves. I used to be so amused at my mom's numerous attempts at home improvements. Now that we're living on our own already, I don't find her attempts amusing at all. It seemed that it only comes natural to want to fix and do improvements around the house. I still remember the time when my mom was talking about some windows that have double glazing. She'd get so engrossed with something she wants done in the house that it would occupy her thoughts for days and weeks. It's so funny that I am slowly turning into her. I now find myself thinking about something I want for the house for days on end until I get it. I guess it's all part of growing up :)

eye fix

When I got pregnant last year, my eye problems got worse. I experienced terrible headaches and the only solution was to get myself a pair of eyeglasses. I suddenly felt sympathetic to my mom, who's been struggling with bad eyesight for a long time already. For quite some time now, I've been telling her about Lasik as a solution to her eyesight. I've been feeding her a lot of Lasik info to help her prepare better for it. Lasik outcomes has been getting better lately and hopes are high for those who want better eyesight. In the next few years, I know that I might be needing this too so learning all about it now will surely come in handy.

starting golf

My papa has recently started on this must-stay-fit campaign. Since he'll be turning 50 this year, the doom of age has been on his mind. Not wanting to totally give up his drinking, he decided to slowly increase his physical activity. He's been playing tennis and he decided to increase his playing time. He's also planning to try golf since a lot of his buddies plays it too. He's been looking at golf clubs everytime we go to malls. I expect him to be doing a lot of physical activity these next few months. Aside from the added expense of his new sports, I am happy that he decide to live a healthier life.

you can dance

Ramil and I have always loved dancing. Although we're not really hardcore dancers, we don't mind moving our bodies along with music. I guess I should say that we love dancing for ourselves. One of the dances I love are latin dances. Lately, bachata has been a growing trend in the latin club scene. If you're a salsa lover like me, this is a good dance to learn. There's a 3 Volume Bachata Dance Mastery Set to help everyone who's dying to learn. So what are you waiting for? You can dance.

condo living

Ramil and I are planning to have our own place in two years time. Before we were even married, we've talked about our plans to have our own house. With the growing trend of condominium living nowadays, we've also considered getting a condo unit instead of a house and lot. Having both grown up in a real house, we don't really have any experience living in a condominium. We've tried staying at some Condo Hotels and we liked it enough for us to consider getting our own condo unit. Right now, we're still pretty undecided over this dilemma. We are postponing the decision until we would actually be buying already. Whatever the decision might be, I know that we'll love the place we will be living in.

weekend high

I start to get all giddy and high whenever it's Thursday already. This day means that weekends are finally coming. Yipee! Our small family loves even the smallest weekend breaks. There's nothing like quality short breaks to recharge us for another week to come. For the long holidays, there are a lot of cheap flights because of numerous holiday offers. For me, short or long, a break is a break and I love them.

touring Asia

One of the continents that is rich in culture is Asia. That's why I have often told myself that some day, I'd get to visit a lot of Asian countries. Aside from their rich and diverse culture, Asian countries also have great beaches. Being a beach lover, one of my dreams is to be able to bum around the best beaches in Asia.

I would also love to see one of the largest attraction of the world, the only man-made structure identifiable from the moon, the Great Wall of China. Of course, with the diverse culture comes the need to be open and understanding. What may be strange cultural habits in China for foreigners are just normal for them, they are included in their way of life. So to be able to get the best out of a trip to Asia, one has to be open to the different cultures.

I can't wait to start planning that Asian trip. I'm pretty sure it's going to be a very rich experience.

family room

We're so glad that we now have a better looking living room. When we were still living in our previously rented house, we don't really have a living room that's guest-friendly especially after Mateo's nanny came to live with us. The house we're staying in now is so much better. In the old house, we didn't really have a sofa where we could sit and watch tv. To think that Ramil and I would often windowshop for sofas when we weren't married yet. Ramil have always found leather sofas appealing while I would go for the big, soft, comfy ones. Nowadays, they even have what you call microfiber sofa. Even though the owner of the house left their sofa for us to use, Ramil and I are still looking for a sofa to call our own. A good one for those family bonding moments.

looking up

Things are starting to look up for us financially. Things are not as tight as it used to be. Little by little, we are starting to have a little bit of extra until the next payday. It's a good thing that there are a lot of money-making opportunities coming our way. Ramil and I have never been more swamped with work than before. He's even getting bad headaches from all the work and late nights. LOL. We don't mind though, we feel fortunate to be able to earn some extra aside from our teaching job and we get to do it at home. I just hope that this good run continues.

dining in style

Ramil and I never really planned for how we want to eat as a family. I guess we just fell into whatever system we now have. Even when we weren't married yet, a lot of our quality time happens while we are sharing a meal together. We love eating out and we spend a lot of time on the table even if we're done eating. That's why a real good dining room furniture set would be best for our family. I think any family would need a good one anyway since dining time is often always family time too. I've been looking at some pictures of dining room furniture and I'm beginning to like a lot of them. We don't really need a formal dining room furniture so we'll just stick to those dining furniture that appeal to us. I plan to show them to Ramil so we can pick out a set that we both want. It's going to make dining more fun.

all in!

I love playing poker. Ever since I got introduced by my friends to this card game, I've found myself hooked. I know a lot of people who even bought poker sets and poker tables just to satisfy their addiction. A friend has started hosting poker nights in their house. Even when I was pregnant with Mateo, I'd stay up just to be able to join my friends and be able to play poker also. Even if I lose, I always find myself enjoying the game. I just love the thrill of betting and bluffing other card players. Now that Mateo dependence on us is slowly decreasing, I am anticipating more poker nights for me just like before.

london adventure

London is one of the prime cities in Europe. Having always dreamed of traveling to Europe, this place is a must-visit for me. My papa has been to London a lot of times already and he only have nice things to say about the place. During his many visits there, he'd often stay at London hotels and I'd get all jealous, wishing that we were with him somehow. He loves showing me pictures of him in different places he has visited and I guess that's why I have a yearning to be able to see the places he's seen already.

Although Ramil and I weren't able to push through with our dream European honeymoon, we often tell ourselves that there will come a time when we ourselves will be staying at hotels in London or checking out the Time Out site for information. Now that we have Mateo, our dream honeymoon is now a dream family vacation.

reinventing yourself

It's so easy to reinvent oneself physically these days. A lot of cosmetic surgeries can make anyone look different. A fat person can go thin, a flat-chested girl can be voluptuous, a person with a flat nose can have a high one, a guy can even make himself look like a girl. Below are just some of the procedures that have become so common, the person seating next to you may have undergone one or more of these.

So you want a nose like Uma Thurman's? That's pretty easy nowadays. One could easily undergo rhinoplasty and have any nose that he or she wants. This type of plastic surgery is not just used to improve the appeareance of one's nose, it can also used to improve the function of one's nose. This procedure is more commonly known as a "nose job".

Or do you have a bulging tummy? A tummy tuck is the surgical answer to that. This procedure is also known as an abdominoplasty. This is a cosmetic surgery that aims to make one's tummy or abdomen more firm. The usual people who go for this type of surgery are women who have loose tummy after pregnancy or people who have just had significant weight loss.

Want to remove excess fat in different parts of your body? A liposuction may just solve your problem. This cosmetic surgery, also known as lipoplasty, removes fat from different parts of the body. Usual areas that undergo liposuction are the thighs, abdomen, buttocks, neck, and back of arms.

So you want to reinvent yourself? This would take more than any cosmetic surgery but if you want to look good the easy way and you have the money for it, the above procedures are just some of the ways to do it.

bare house no more

Ramil and I are slowly acquiring furnitures to put in our newly-rented house. We've been planning on going to discount furniture stores to be able to save even just a little because furnitures can be quite expensive. We're pretty excited to go furniture shopping and even though we sometimes like different designs, we almost always find something that we both like. Pretty soon, we'd have no bare space in our house.

growing a bookworm

As early as a few weeks old, I started reading some storybooks to Mateo. I've always loved reading and I want him to catch the same reading bug. I believe that by starting him early I am actually planting the seeds for his love for books. Nevertheless, I am open to the idea that our son may grow up to be different from what we expect him to be. He might grow up not loving books as much as I love them. In which case, he might benefit from Reading Tutors. Sometimes kids flourish more when they have a separate tutor aside from their parents and it is important to get good ones. It's good that there are centers like Score Learning center that provides an innovative tutoring environment. Mateo just might grow to love books after all.

weekend again, yey!

The week flew by pretty fast. Ramil and I were too caught up in the amount of work we were doing. We've been staying up late these past few days just to finish some work-at-home opportunities. It's still great though because we still get to be with each other, spend time with Mateo, and earn money all at the same time. So we're not really complaining (much). I'm so happy it's almost weekend. But teachers that we are, we still have some work to do. Whew!

innovative help

A lot of my students are starting to have difficulty with some of their subjects. A few of them are concerned enough to ask help from their teachers. Sometimes though, they prefer getting help from somebody else aside from their teachers. They hold study groups and try to help each other out. They might also benefit from an Innovative Tutor. Whatever help they decide to get, what's important is they do something to help them understand their lessons better.

test time once again

It's once again test time for my kids. Some of them have been asking for Math Tutors since a lot have been having difficulty with the subject once again. In the previous years, I've found tutoring to work for some types of kids. Some of them benefit greatly from a one-on-one setup and enjoys an innovative tutoring environment. However, not all tutoring experience are successful. It takes good tutors who knows how to adjust their tutoring style based on the children they are handling. And of course, children who are willing to learn outside the classroom.

busy busy days

I've been remiss in my blogging lately. It seems that I have way too much on my plate right now and I'm having a hell of a time trying to finish everything. It's good that I work at home most of the time so the stress level is not that high. I just pray that I get to finish all my commitments and hopefully, be able to relax in a few days. Just a little bit more...

the road to techieness

Ever since I joined Payperpost, I've learned all about pageranks. Now I can't stop thinking about how to increase mine. I've started visiting different sites that offer tips to make this happen. My constant bloghopping has brought me to an internet blog. This Internet Marketing Blog by David Bayer is relatively new. I was able to read an article on social networking, one of the growing influence in how internet content is organized. I'm looking forward to more articles from this site. Hopefully, they write a lot of articles that would also appeal to non-techie people out there.
